Spillover Issues

Spillover issues are water leakage and seepage from the top of the foundation wall. Wall cladding should be 6 to 8 inches above the grade to protect the structure from water damage. If the grade level is at the same or higher at the end of the foundation wall, spillover will occur. Using the right exterior waterproof repair, like what we do by applying a waterproofing membrane over the area, future seepage, and water leaks can be prevented.
