   -Window well is secured and leveled to the foundation wall
   -Space between window well and foundation wall is sealed with Polyurethane Caulking Sealant
   -The drain in the window well is connected to either exterior or interior drain tile for proper drainage. If drain tile is clogged options are as follow:

    -Drill a 2" hole through the foundation wall
    -Install 2" pipe sloping to the tap of the sump pit with clean out
    -Install 4" drain assembly in the window well
    -Seal around the pipe with injection epoxy
